Well the holidays are here! The year went by fast almost as fast as the winter clothes are selling. Look out for new brands this Spring and they will start shipping in early 2008. PAUL FRANK now offers layette and 7-10 kids. We also are getting swim from WES N WILLY, RUBBIES, SUBMARINE, and, CHARLIE ROCKET.
This spring we will be getting shoes from PRIMIGI, NATURINO, OILILY, LELLY KELLY AND UMI. Don't make the mistake many customers made this season. They saw our fabulous selection of shoes and waited until this month to buy. Styles are sold out as well as size selection!

GOOD NEWS! mama i beba is going up in sizes!
Many customers have been asking us to go up in size. So, we are going up to size 7 and 8 in girls...starting this Spring! We ordered bathing suits, casual separates, special occasion dresses, shoes to size 3 and 4, and PAUL FRANK. We did a test this FALL and brought a few bigger girl sizes in and they blew out of the store (tip...BEAUTIFUL GIRL just shipped us some cool fringe jeans up to size 8).
I don't know about you, but I finally put away all my kids summer clothes and put all the Winter clothes out. Much to my dismay, I needed a new jacket and tights for my daughter and cords for my son. Luckily, mama i beba still has an incredble selection left. We did some fashion shows recently and our CORKY COATS and holiday dresses were very well received...so those are getting very low in stock. We also bought those great lurex dressy tights from the DUTCH brand MP...they come in pink, gold, silver lurex. They really pop in a picture!
We also got some great tops in for maternity. Plus the new FLEURVILLE and PETUNIA PICKLE BOTTOM diaper bags are in!

OK...To those anxiously awaiting the GREGGY GIRL order coming in...you have a longer wait! I was told last week by the customer service rep @G Girl that there was a fire in their overseas manufacturer's plant. But, I would know more this week. To date, the orders have not cleared customs and from my experience, we will not see that order until NOVEMBER. But it will be worth the wait.
Soon, I will have the SPRING/SUMMER special occasion dresses. Since holiday dresses are selling out pretty fast, I ordered more for next season. We have had fashion shows which really moved our fall clothes especially girls 2t to 6x/7.
Our selection of maternity is fabulous. We have dressy dresses, shower dresses, jeans and more jeans, fun tops, sexy tops, nursing friendly tops, and that perfect work pant...in browns and blacks in your choice of fabrics and styles.

This set retailed for $799, get it now for $400 plus $40 to ship in the continental US. This set is on a beautiful white painted metal crib...an antique. The paint is an issue but if you need it for displays or whatever please ask!

Baby it's cold outside...
Well, we are down to just a few coats and around 5 are STILL on backorder from CORKY. But, for those 5 patiently waiting...I call my girl LUCY at CORKY practically every day.
As far as holiday dresses, we are getting low. Jana and I ordered a lot smarter this year. Plus we had a fashion show and many dresses/outfits sold!
We did re order the Jaedyn B holiday dresses...but they are getting low on stock, too! I try and keep the web site up to date...www.mamaibeba.com
Finally, the new PETUNIA PICKLE BOTTOM BAGS have shipped. We have pre sold many of them but call/email us for what is available. Their new GLAZED bags...WINDMERE ROSE AND BLUE DANUBE are still not available until the end of the month.

HOLIDAY DRESSES ARE HERE!
We tried a new holiday dress brand this year...JAEDYN B. They are retailing for under $100 and many have long sleeves. They run a bit big or if you like a t-length dress for you daughters..this is the brand for you. Luli and Me did not make all the dresses I ordered but the black velvet houndstooth and bronze/ brown dresses were made! Cest chouette had a small line so I only liked/ordered 1 style. Lastly, LE PINK has finally started to ship...LOLA is in the store and ANTIQUE JEWEL/SAMBA/WICKED/BLACKBERRY are on there way. You can view them at www.mamaibeba.com

Fall is here!
The trees are slowly loosing their leaves and mom's are putting away their kids' shorts and sandals. Luckily, mama i beba is here! We have great Fall sweaters and boots from PRIMIGI, NATURINO, AND UMI.
For the holidays, sparkly shoes from COASTAL PROJECTIONS and ballet shoes in leopard, silver and gold will be arriving from RAGG SHOES. Some will be here in October and the others in November.
Holiday dresses are starting to arrive. For babies, LE PINK wicked, lola and black berry dresses. And for toddlers LE PINK LOLA, JAEDYN B, CES'T CHOUETTE RED VELVET. FOR 4-6X, JAEDYN B, and LE PINK antique jewel.
The best season of dresses from LULI AND ME IS HERE! We have ordered a deep red dress, a black velvet and lace, and a fabulous bronzy brown dress. Some are sleeveless and some are short sleeved. For boys, E-land red vests, beige cords, Tea has fabulous looks too...browns and plaids, and black Velvet and grey. For the babies, longalls from JACK AND TEDDY and we got a fabulous grey tweed-like longall from LA PETIT OURSE.
Maternity: we have OLIAN print shirts, skirts and dresses, Japanese weekend knits and great pants. MATERNAL AMERICA has shipped their fabulous teal keyhole dress and black jeans. T- bags has their new FEM line (fabulously expecting mom) which are cool prints...we have the one Halle berry has been photographed in...HOT!!!Also, Euro brands RIPE and NOPPIES have shipped their fabulous tops and pants. Lastly, the sweaters from BELLY BASICS this fall are the best I have ever seen. The thermals/hoodies form RUBY FAY are very cool for the hip mama to be. We even have the LOVE MY BELLY tatoo tees.

Anniversary Sale ended 9/8/07
We had our sale for 2 weeks this year...it also included 3 saturdays! It was very successful, saw a lot of new faces and many of my regular customers. The Euro tights were selling fast as well as shoes. The clearance items also were selling fast.
The next couple of weeks we will be getting the remainder of the CORKY coats, holiday dresses, PRIMIGI shoes and lots of Paul Frank. Speaking of Paul Frank, they started doing baby and big kid (sizes 8-12). They will start shipping late December, January thru March. There will be layette and infant hoodies, onesies, hats and receiving blankets. Many will have Julius the monkey and/or Julius's friends like Skurvy the skull and crossbones.
We also got new tees for baby that say AB CD like AC DC and "Elmo is my Homeboy" tees. I have been getting Diesel tees and accessory deliveries almost daily. We have a few new brands for maternity...Ruby Fay, T-Bags, Love my belly tees, Habitual jeans to name a few. For kids, the new brands are Greggy Girl, Diesel, 3 pommes, Noppies, Puma, Umi shoes, Janet baby, uncommonly good, C'est Chouette and baby legs.

I just can't add on orders this late...CORKY COATS are in high demand and they only make what was ordered in EARLY SPRING. Just ask for Lisa and I will see what I can do or if you pre ordered one, I call CORKY every monday morning to see what is coming and the status of those not made yet. So, don't panic, if you pre ordered it will be here by 9/30/07.

Are you ready for back to school????????
The DIESEL order came in...the cutest baby sets, cool gear for kids...including baseball hats, backpacks, belts and jackets. Also, NOPPIES kids have arrived (we sell the maternity,too!)
The UMI shoes are starting to arrive...as well as the NATURINO shoes. We have a huge PRIMIGI order coming once customs gives it the ok!
The charcoal rose CORKY coats came in along with the green leopard. So...check your voice mail if you pre ordered those styles because they came in today.
We got another fabulous shipment from JAPANESE WEEKEND. Brown pants with a brown and turquoise patterned blouse or choose the dark red and cream blouse. We also got a cool black blazer.
We got a large order of ROCKIN BABY SLINGS/POUCHES but they are almost sold out...We broke down and bought BABYLEGS...you know the legwarmers that help the first walker/heavy crawler maneuver around without ruining the knees of their pants and prevents boo boo's. They should be in our store in the nest few weeks!

Fall is here!
I have to say, we have cleared out most of Summer and it's all about Fall in the store. All holiday boys have arrived except E land and TEA which comes in September. Look for the warm chocolate browns and light blues and matching sibling dresses.
Look out for the new AB*CD tees and Santa is my homeboy tees.
Speaking of holiday dresses, they are all online now. We ordered Jaedyn b, Luli and Me, Jack and Teddy, Le Pink and C'est Chouette.
The Small Paul hoodies, rain boots, back packs and Julius 2 fer tees have arrived. Robes, pj's and more tees will be arriving monthly. For the holidays, Julius the monkey and Skurvy the skull pj sets, and they make great holiday gifts.
Fall maternity is starting to arrive. Japanese Weekend has this fabulous black pant which is work friendly and can work back to the fun and trendy tops. All of the Zero to Nine fall has arrived with prices starting at $25 to $40 for trendy sweaters, tunics, yoga pants, cords and leggings

Summer is almost over...already?!

The brand Me Too has finally arrived. Me Too is a Danish brand for small children who care what to wear.......amazing fabrics, colors and prints.....your child will love these amazing danish designs....We have found their clothing to run true to size to a bit big. WINTER JACKETS RUN A FULL SIZE BIG. Cotton fabrics are not pre-washed so there will be some shrinkage....
We just got the coolest maternity tunic in from T- bags in LA from their new F.E.M. line which means fabulous expectant moms. The fabric is very soft and the design is very fashion forward. Also, we just got the the Naturino fall shoes/boots for kids. Lastly, the Glamajama's for Mom's with matching layette outfits are so cool.

Petunia Pickle Bottom diaper bags have great new fabrics for Fall and a new style...the Cross Town Clutch. Many old fabrics have been discontinued. Look for the new glazed fabrics which is a matte coated canvas available in 5 different patterns as well as new brocades, chenilles and the ever popular satins. We can't wait to place the store's order:)

Huge Sale extended until Saturday August 4, 2007
We decided to extend our sale for 4 more days! The sale ends August 4th. Some clearance items are already over 50% off and add the extra 40% off.
Many customers couldn't make the sale so hope this extension helps...
Coats are here. We received the Corky Fuchsia paradise (12m-24m), the coat and hat set is $108. And the Pink Paradise in toddler, includes the hat for $120. Mittens are $16. We also received the boys-seeds coats in brown corduroy and burnt sienna...remember these are lighter weight than the other boys coats from Corky...so, they retail for $38-$48.
Next week, the Monet flower swing coat and the pink wave coats are coming...Mia, baby Georgia and Joanna...your coats are on this order...they will be in by 8/8/07.

Christmas in July Sale
Our 3rd annual Christmas in July sale has been a huge success. We started it this year on a Wednesday thru the following Tuesday (July 31st). Many customers are amazed how much they are saving. We tell everyone who walks in about the sale but once we ring them up...it sinks in..40% off the LOWEST price. Many clearance items are already reduced to over 50% off...so, that extra 40% off is HUGE!.
And all summer items are 40% off, too. So, everything is on sale except new Fall, Fall shoes, accessories and non-seasonal items.
If you are thinking about back to school and coats...they are coming...I should have gotten a shipment of coats last week...! We have been getting Fall items in and I have slowly been putting them on our web site/online store. We are low in diaper bags because the new fall ones have yet to be seen.

Few times left for the Free photo session!
We have been very pleased with the turn out for the Ann Latinovich photo sessions. We started the promo Monday and it goes though this Saturday. Here is the deal, spend $150 or more and receive a free photo session(appointments are in August) with the fabulous Ann (http://www.annlatinovich.com/). Many customers have been buying last years' holiday dresses at a huge discount and having their kids picture taken by Ann...all before school starts!
Corky coats should be shipping as early as next week. All coats are priced with their hats and mittens are additional $16...let us know if you want the mittens...they usually ship AFTER the coats. See the coats at www.mamaibeba.com.

Jana is back!

Summer 2007
This Spring/Summer the trend has been dresses and more dresses from newborn to 6x. We have been having to re order dresses all season to keep up with the demand. Now, I cannot get anymore...manufacturers are working on Fall/Winter 2007. We have/had lots of oranges and turquoise prints and solids. Plus, many of these dresses go nicely with the Rachel Weissman hair accessories.
For boys...skulls, rock-n-roll, vintage tees and, of course, Paul Frank is in big demand. Coupled with the Charlie Rocket shorts and pants. The Wes-n-Willy bathing suits with rash guard tops and coordinating bottoms are almost all sold out. We have cool camo sandals by Naturino to go with almost anything.
For maternity, the long tunics for summer are selling out fast. Also, we have lot's of fun prints in halter and sleeveless dress options for that party, shower or just to go out for a nice dinner. Plus jeans and more jeans. We've introduced CHILDISH- a new brand featuring the Heidi jean and a cool long green cotton gauze strapless dress-HOT! The Mia Bossi diaper bags are in big demand too! We also started an outlet for drastically reduced maternity bargains on our website, www.mamaibeba.com.
